A leading lettings agency in Chelmsford is looking for an Assistant Manager to join their flagship branch. This role involves supporting the lettings team, deputizing for the Lettings Manager while they are away, and leading a motivated team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience in Residential Lettings and possess excellent communication skills. The role offers a competitive salary with realistic OTE of approximately £40,000 - £42,000 per annum alongside training opportunities.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join one of our ‘flagship’ branches to be part of a highly successful lettings team.
Within this position you will undertake a leading role deputising for the Lettings Manager when they are away from the office and providing pivotal support to the rest of the team on a daily basis. The role will be ideal for a Senior Lettings Consultant looking to make the next step up in their career or someone currently working in a management role already, but within an environment which is failing to recognise their full potential, provide the necessary training and support required or offer limited opportunities to improve their earning potential.

Annual basic salary circa £21,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on relevant circumstances and experience, plus personal and office commission bonuses and year-end profit share. Realistic OTE circa £40,000 - £42,000 per annum.
Mondays to Thursdays 8.30am-6.00pm, Fridays 8.30am - 5.30pm and Saturdays 9.00am -4.00pm. (Working 5 days a week with an allocated day off). No Sunday working.
