We are currently looking for an Assistant House Manager to join our House Team.

Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage and co-ordinate the day-to-day house operations.
  • Check Booking Sheets for confirmed and unconfirmed lunch and dinner shift to ensure all guest requests are met.
  • Ensure house and bars are set-up and closed to the required standard.
  • Inspect any deliveries to ensure stock is present, correct and undamaged.
  • Interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
  • Respond to and handle guest problems and complaints.
  • Check menus daily with the Kitchen and ensure those in circulation are correct, along with correct allergen information.
  • Train, nurture and inspire the team by being positive and forward thinking.
  • Hosting informative shift briefings and menu meetings.

  • Tronc (Allocation for 2025 was £7,800+ per annum / per person based on full time hours) after probation is passed
