  • Previous experience in a similar role within a large conference and banqueting environment.
  • Experience with completing rotas in a largely part-time or flexible team.
  • Proven ability to maintain brand standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the delivery and execution of the Conference & Banqueting strategy.
  • Support the management and organisation of the C&B team.
  • Lead the team in the absence with the guidance of the Head of Conference & Banqueting.
