Job description

Are you looking for an exciting new role where you can challenge your administration and customer service skills? As an Asset Support Technician, you will be part of the Turnbull Support Services team providing effective multi-function support to all areas of Turnbull.

What you'll do

The main part of your job will be:

  • daily support with schedules, arranging maintenance tasks and directing reactive works to the relevant teams
  • daily oversight of the Asset Management System (AS9) used by the Turnbull team
  • printing, scanning, and managing daily work sheets, to track completed works and provide effective reporting to the wider team and client
  • assisting technical leads with data collection of new assets on site as required
  • processing requests for personnel and vehicle access to site utilising EDF systems, Workforce Information Management System (WIMS) and the Delivery Management System (DMS)
  • maintaining accurate records of data
  • supporting the wider team with ADHOC administrational requests
  • supporting with logistical and operational requests (PPE, Fleet Management).

The Support Services team are responsible for managing multiple site processes and control systems. Much of your role will be working in the office, but you will also spend time out on site when supporting Asset Management.

This is a busy role which will involve liaising with different teams and balancing different priorities to ensure smooth delivery for the contract. It is important that you can maintain an understanding of multiple systems and processes.

In addition to the above, you may be required to take part in routine weekend standby cover.

What you'll need

To be successful, you'll need:

  • excellent administration and IT skills, with a good understanding of Microsoft Office software e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Proactive, organisational skills and the ability to multitask
