A leading maritime infrastructure organization in Port Glasgow is seeking an Administrator to join the Harbour Assets Team on a fixed-term 15-month contract. Caledonian Maritime Assets Limited (CMAL) owns vessels and harbour infrastructure necessary for vital ferry services serving many communities throughout Scotland. We have big ambitions to transform Scotland’s ferry network. We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative individual to join us to support the maintenance of safe, efficient, reliable ports and harbours that serve Scotland’s islands.
We are recruiting an Administrator to work with the Harbour Assets Team for a fixed-term 15-month contract.
The role is to provide a range of administrative and organisational support to the Harbour Assets Team, assisting with the transition to a new SharePoint records management environment and providing additional support for our new asset management system. This will include reviewing documents such as reports, drawings, and project information, as well as data migration and records management.
We are looking for a motivated, professional, and diligent individual with a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving and the ability to work autonomously and flexibly. We are particularly looking for someone with the following skills, experience, and attributes:

The role is based in our head office on the Clyde Estuary, in Port Glasgow, with some flexible remote working as mutually agreed to ensure we have the best people working with us to serve the communities that rely on our infrastructure.
