Location: Units B18 Shopping Centre, Newtownards BT23 4EU GBR

Hours: 39 hours a week; Shifts: Flexible; Salary: £9.50-£10.30 per hour

Responsibilities

As an Apprentice Sales Assistant you’ll serve customers with a smile, share our amazing Star Buys, and make sure everyone leaves feeling great. You’ll keep the store looking its best and fully stocked, while helping to smash store targets. It’s a hands‑on, fast‑paced role that’s never boring and packed with chances to learn.

Your training takes place in‑store over the first 12 months. At the end you’ll complete a discussion around your experiences and an observation of you performing your role. You’ll be supported by your team and tutor to achieve your Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

Qualifications & Requirements

• You have a GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths (national 4’s for Scotland)
• You are not currently in any form of education, and you are available for full‑time shifts
• You haven’t completed a Retail Apprenticeship before
• You are eligible to work in the UK
• You are brand new to retail
• You possess a positive mindset and clear communication skills
• You are passionate about health & beauty and customer service
• You desire to learn and improve your knowledge/skills
• You are flexible in working hours and adaptable to change
