Your guidance will shape apprentices’ development, helping them achieve their goals and reach their full potential. As the primary point of contact, you will provide consistent one‑to‑one support, ensuring apprentices remain engaged, motivated, and on track, while collaborating with line managers and apprentice leads to foster tripartite relationships for effective communication and progress monitoring.

In This Role, You Will

  • Deliver additional reviews (such as coaching or Support) as needed to meet individual learning needs.
  • Monitor allocated apprentice’s progress, identifying opportunities for development and addressing barriers to success.
  • Support apprentices in applying their Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours (KSBs) within the workplace through the use of SMART targets, reflective logs, and skills radars as well as ongoing measure of Off‑The‑Job progress.
  • Provide clear guidance and preparation for apprentices End‑Point Assessment (EPA).
  • Review, mark and accept evidence for both Off‑The‑Job (OTJ) hours and End‑Point Assessment (EPA) portfolios, ensuring evidence meets both quality and compliance standards.
