Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands‑on experience.
To act as first contact for support calls, ensuring tickets are logged and dispatched promptly, resolving basic IT queries, and managing admin tasks such as spreadsheet and system updates.
Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.

Information communications technician (level 3)
Training will take place at City College Norwich in the college’sstate of the artDigiTech Factory, which provides apprentices with a hybrid learning environment where industry-standard equipment & software is provided.

Please note that public transport to the office isn’t ideal, therefore the role would suit somebody with their own transport a lot better. The role is heavily desk and office based, with long periods at a computer.
