A not-for-profit housing organization in Chester is offering an exciting opportunity for an apprenticeship in customer service. You will work at Blacon adventure playground, engaging with the community and gaining practical skills necessary for your career. Are you looking for your next step or change in career? This is an exciting opportunity to join our award‑winning Apprenticeship programme. In partnership with our training provider - Lifetime Training - the programme offers you a chance to study for a Customer Service Level 2 nationally recognised qualification, all whilst gaining practical work experience.

We’re looking for individuals with the potential to be future leaders within our business, who are keen to immerse themselves and work across all areas of our businesses with the ambition and desire to build a long lasting, successful career with us.
You will be working within Blacon adventure playground interacting with children and adults. As part of your job role, you will be asked to complete tasks such as talking to customers, working on events at the playground initiating play and taking the lead on the bread and butter charity each week, follow processes on our systems. All of this will be supported by the team around you, ensuring you are getting best out of your apprenticeship.
