Overview

Are you detail-driven, organised, and eager to start your career in finance?

We’re looking for a motivated Apprentice Cash Administrator to join our Finance team - a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised qualification.

In this role, you’ll play an important part in keeping our cash processes running smoothly. You’ll learn all about cash management, bank reconciliations, and finance operations - supported by an experienced team that will help you develop your skills and confidence every step of the way.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Posting daily cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Supporting the completion of the G101 Process, ensuring all items are fully reconciled each week
  • Maintaining voucher accounts and following up with stores to resolve outstanding items
  • Assisting with payments, reconciliations, and other finance tasks during busy periods
  • Handling queries professionally, escalating where necessary
  • Supporting the audit process by preparing and organising relevant documentation
  • Working towards a Level 2 Accounts Assistant Apprenticeship
Key Dates
  • Assessment Day - Thursday 26th February 2026
  • Interviews - Thursday 5th March 2026
  • Start Date - Monday 16th March 2026
