About The Role

As an Aerospace Clerk, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and managing multimodal shipments (air, road, and sea) to ensure on‑time deliveries for our global clients. You’ll work closely with airlines, hauliers, and internal departments to keep operations running smoothly in a time‑sensitive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle import and export shipments (air, road, and sea) from start to finish
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and carriers to provide shipment updates
  • Monitor and track consignments to ensure deadlines are met
  • Support the wider operations team with day‑to‑day logistics coordination
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a freight forwarding or logistics operations role (aerospace or time‑critical experience a plus!)
  • Strong understanding of multimodal transport (air, road, and/or sea)
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
  • IT literate, with experience using logistics or freight systems
