You will work from day one to ship code and tackle complex problems in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate has over 2 years in engineering and a deep understanding of LLMs. The position offers a minimum base salary of £100k plus equity, along with relocation support and a strong team culture.

Problem Solver - You love solving hard problems (proven history of doing so).
Proven Builder - 2+ years as an engineer with a track record of fast, production-grade code shipping.
Applied LLMs - Experience deploying multimodal foundation model-based products. Deep knowledge of LLM research, agents, tools, and function calling.
Deploying LLMs - Experience with LangChain, indexing, RAG, semantic search, and fine-tuning (SFT/RL) of LLMs/agents.
Ship from Day 1 - You deploy to production day 1 and take ownership for code.
Own it - You create specs, figure things out, and build features end-to-end.
Solve Every Problem - From scaling infra to hiring the next teammate to jumping on customer calls, you do what needs doing.
Pace & Purpose: We work 6 days a week, together in London (in-person, we sponsor visas), because we don’t want to look back and think we could’ve pushed harder.
