The Agent Success team is working to provide estate agents a positive customer experience when working with GetAgent; with a focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and driving adoption of our services. The role of the Agent Success Associate is to speak to agents who have raised an issue, understand their problem, investigate it further and resolve it, as well as working proactively to reduce future issues from arising.
