Qualifications

  • Maximise aftersales revenue through customer engagement.
  • Act as the liaison between customers and technicians.
  • Provide accurate cost estimates to customers.
  • Drive sales of aftermarket products and meet sales targets.
  • Ensure parts availability and efficient workflows.
