We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable After School Provision Supervisor to lead and manage our after-school provision. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to play a key role in providing a safe, engaging, and fun environment outside of school hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead the daily operation of the after-school club.
  • Ensure all children are safe, happy, and engaged in age-appropriate activities.
  • Plan and deliver a variety of structured and free-play sessions, including creative, physical, and educational activities.
  • Manage and support after-school staff, ensuring clear communication and effective teamwork.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure all safeguarding, first aid, and health & safety procedures are followed.
  • Communicate professionally with parents/carers, responding to enquiries and sharing relevant information as needed.
  • Monitor supplies and request resources to support the program.
  • Report any safeguarding or behaviour concerns to the appropriate school lead in line with policy.
  • Support inclusion and ensure that the provision is welcoming and accessible to all children.
  • Participate in relevant training and professional development.

  • Organised, reliable, and able to manage a small team.
  • A good communicator with children, parents, and staff.
  • A positive role model with high expectations of behaviour and respect.
  • Ideally experienced in childcare and/or education (though training can be provided).
