We have set shifts available over our two clusters around Merseyside. Salary: £25,072.80 - £25,748.21 per annumContract: 15 hours part timeLocation: Various including 15 Sefton rd, Litherland, Maghull, Thornton Health centre & Crosby/CrosswaysShifts: Monday 10.30am-6.30pm (15 Sefton Rd) & Friday 8am-4pm (Litherland) (15 hours)Wednesday 8am-4pm (Crosby/Crossways) (7.5 hours)Wednesday 8am-4pm (Maghull) and Tuesday 8am-6.30pm (Thornton) (15 hours)What will you be doing * You will undertake comprehensive health assessments both face to face and over the telephone, including adults and paediatrics; practicing autonomously whilst demonstrating a person-centred approach to care delivery.* Within your professional boundaries you will assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate treatment/interventions.
