Gillespie Recruitment is partnering with a well-established community interest organisation to recruit an experienced Administrator for their Head Office in Seaham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised professional who enjoys structured administrative work and takes pride in accuracy, process, and compliance.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the backbone of an organisation – keeping systems running smoothly, records accurate, and operations compliant, all within a supportive and purpose-driven environment.

The Role

As an Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the organisation from their Seaham Head Office. You’ll be responsible for ensuring administrative processes are delivered to a high standard, with a strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support across the organisation
  • Maintaining accurate records, files, and internal systems
  • Supporting compliance, policies, and procedural requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience within healthcare, social care, charity, or community-focused organisations is advantageous but not essential.
