A well-known manufacturing group in Gateshead is seeking an HSE Administrator for a full-time role. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers a salary of £27,500. The successful candidate will maintain health, safety and environmental records, oversee document control, and prepare reports. Strong administrative skills and proficiency in IT tools like Excel and PowerPoint are essential, while HSE experience is an advantage.
We have a great opportunity to join a well‑known manufacturing group in Malton as their HSE Administrator on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
You will be joining a supportive and collaborative HSE function and will play an important part in keeping the business running smoothly.

As the HSE Administrator you will provide comprehensive support to the Group H&S Manager and Group Environment Manager, ensuring all compliance, reporting and governance activity is kept accurate and up to date. Your duties will include:
We are keen to speak with candidates who have strong administrative experience and are able to work with pace and accuracy. HSE experience is an advantage but not essential if you are organised and confident with data and documents. You will need to have strong IT capability including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
This will be working full‑time Monday to Friday earning a salary of £27,500.
