Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Croydon is looking for an Administrative & Quality Coordinator to support daily office administration and maintain quality operations. The role involves monitoring food safety standards, coordinating training, and ensuring compliance with quality management systems. Qualifications

  • Prior experience in administrative roles is beneficial.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and presentations.

  • Support the Quality Department and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Monitor HACCP/CCP checks and conduct internal audits.
  • Manage non-conformances and support corrective actions.
  • Support daily office administration and maintain records.
  • Prepare reports and assist with scheduling meetings.

The Administrative & Quality Coordinator supports office administration and quality operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day processes and compliance with food safety and quality standards

Quality & Food Safety
  • Support the Quality Department and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS – BRCGS).
  • Monitor HACCP / CCP checks, internal audits, and traceability exercises.
  • Manage non-conformances and support corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain quality and regulatory documentation.
  • Coordinate quality induction training for staff.
  • Communicate daily with Operations on quality issues and improvements.
  • Monitor fridge/freezer temperatures and report food safety concerns.
Administration & Office Support
  • Support daily office administration and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle calls, correspondence, data entry, and filing.
  • Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Support the sales team (retail market) with administrative tasks.
  • Assist with scheduling, meetings, and basic financial data entry.
  • Ensure office supplies and an organized work environment.
Health, Safety & Compliance
  • Follow health, safety, food safety, and quality procedures.
  • Contribute to a safe, hygienic, and compliant workplace.
  • Report hazards, incidents, or non-compliance to management.
