ABOUT JOB

We are on the hunt for an energetic, motivated administration/office assistant to support the Managing Director

Tasks Include:

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls to relevant staff
  • Organisingincoming emails to ensure clients and stakeholders are replied to in a timely manner.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Assisting with management of project tasks, and assisting the Managing Director in the organisation of client workflow and tasks.
  • Assisting the Marketing Team with social media content and other marketing related tasks
  • What we are looking for:
  • Prior experience in a personal assistant or team assistant role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and an ability and willingness to learn new software packages as required.
  • Ability toprioritisework and get tasks done in a timely manner.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships internally and externally within the business.
  • Ability toprioritise,organiseand plan with the director and other management staff.
  • Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
  • Proven high level of professionalism, maturity and confidentiality in daily work ethic.
  • The ability to show initiative and to go above and beyond to keep things running smoothly.
