Overview

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic Administrator based at Dundee Ambulance Station, 76 West School Road, Dundee, DD3 8QP. This permanent office-based role is 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday).

Responsibilities
  1. Provide comprehensive administrative, secretarial and payroll support to the East Region.
  2. Communicate effectively with internal departments and external agencies.
  3. Take accurate minutes and manage related documentation.
  4. Plan and organise tasks efficiently, working independently and as part of a team.
  5. Exercise flexibility and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
  1. NVQ Level 3 qualification in administration (or equivalent) or demonstrable experience in a busy office environment.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Accurate touch typing, minimum 35 wpm.
  4. Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft applications and databases.
  5. Aware of the Data Protection Act and capable of handling sensitive information with professional integrity.
