Job Title: Administration Supervisor – Salisbury, Guildford & Brecon

Salary: £32,217 Per Annum

About The Role

We’re looking for a proactive Administration Team Lead to manage and develop our admin support team for the TESC contract. You’ll ensure workflows, reporting, and day-to-day operations run smoothly while driving continuous improvement and team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the admin team to meet contract objectives on time and to standard.
  • Train, coach, and develop administrators, building capability and succession plans.
  • Manage reporting, documentation, and compliance to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify and deliver process improvements and innovative solutions.
  • Oversee day-to-day admin tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and queries.
