The Role

The candidate will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing operational support and managing the office. Main duties include the car fleet operations, vendor management, procurement and processing of payments. Preparing regular reports (e.g., expenses and office budgets). Ideal candidate will also have worked knowledge of work environment, office equipment and office management tools.

Responsibilities

• Allocation of Leased cars to Eligible Associates.
• Communication with internal stake holders - Compensation Team.
• Vendor coordination for fleet car operations.
• Preparation and Maintenance of data on spreadsheet and regular updates.
• Collection of Invoice from Agency and verify accuracy.
• Aid Associates with Penalties, Notices, Insurance, Accidents and Repairs.
• Onboarding new vendors on Ariba tool.
• Supporting team members on procurement and purchase related activities. Invoice processing and payments.
• Manage upkeep (including equipment and tools) and cleanliness of office space including the work environment and keep it anytime ready.
• Prepare regular reports, returns, compliance and office budgets.

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience

• Having knowledge of Ariba sourcing and tools.
• Experience with fleet car management, to aid operate about 300 cars for associates.
