As an Additional Support Worker, no two days are the same and you will enjoy a role which brings a lot of variety. The people we support are at the heart of everything we do, and our Additional Support Workers play a key role in encouraging the people we support to live as independently as possible. Our services work hard to create person‑centred support plans for each individual and their preferred activities.

Your activities will include:

  • Accessing community activities such as local walks
  • Trips to the park
  • Swimming and going to the cinema
  • Supporting people in their voluntary work
Working patterns

Our Additional Support Workers work flexibly and can book onto shifts through our Worksearch app. We offer a variety of shifts which you can fit around your lifestyle, including day shifts, night shifts and weekend work.
