Account Manager - Manchester/London/Hybrid/UK remote

Due to continuing growth we have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager to join our team at Nucleus Global.

Responsibilities

As an Account Manager you will work as part of a collaborative team and support on a range of communications projects in a busy team working on a dynamic and fast‑paced account. This is a commercially focused account with the opportunity to work on a mix of medical education and medical affairs deliverables (including meetings management). Using your project‑management skills and scientific expertise you will deliver a range of scientific services to clients including traditional deliverables and exciting digital pieces. You will be a true partner with clients and research information from a variety of sources to provide expertise in therapy areas and products. As a primary client liaison point, you will maintain excellent relations with clients, meeting and surpassing client needs and guaranteeing high business standards.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a medical communications agency or pharmaceutical marketing environment.
  • Excellent project‑management skills and feel comfortable leading on client‑facing projects on dynamic accounts while meeting client and group objectives.
  • Experience in publications and medical affairs deliverables; meetings experience would be advantageous.
  • Good financial understanding with experience of budgeting.
  • A flair for working well within a team with strong written and verbal communication skills.
