Job description

Brighton Agency is looking for a sharp, marketing‑savvy Account Manager with 5–7 years of advertising agency or brand management experience to join our team. This role is built for someone with a positive attitude who understands how creative work gets made — from brief to concept to production — and who can lead cross‑functional teams with clarity, organization, and strong marketing instincts.

If you thrive at the intersection of project leadership, creative problem‑solving, and clear communication — and you love partnering with strategists, creatives, and digital teams to make great work happen — we want to meet you.

This role goes far beyond timelines and budgets. (Though you’ll handle those confidently.)

You’ll help translate client needs into strong creative briefs, guide work through the agency, and ensure the final output is smart, on‑brand, and effective.

What you’ll do every day
  • Lead and manage multiple mid‑sized projects from kickoff through delivery — ensuring timelines, budgets, deliverables, and expectations stay on track.
  • Serve as the day‑to‑day client partner, keeping communication clear and solution‑oriented.
  • Translate client goals into clear direction for internal teams — writing creative briefs, organizing feedback, and ensuring alignment at every step.
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, content, and production teams to keep work moving efficiently through the agency process.
  • Steer the workflow by facilitating reviews, gathering feedback, and helping prepare presentations that tell a clear story.
  • Build decks, agendas, status reports, and conference notes that keep stakeholders organized and informed.
  • Manage client budgets, estimates, and invoices with accuracy and transparency.
  • Track project progress across multiple channels (digital, social, print, web, in‑store, paid media) and ensure all work meets brand and quality standards.
What we’re looking for
  • 5–7 years of account service or brand management experience in an agency or marketing environment (B.S. in Marketing, Communications, or related field required).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clearly, present confidently, and synthesize client feedback into actionable direction.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when managing timelines, budgets, deliverables, and internal communication.
  • Cross‑channel understanding of digital, social, content, paid media, print, and in‑store execution.
  • Experience writing creative briefs and partnering with creative and digital teams through development and production.
  • Ability to lead internal meetings and client status calls with confidence and clarity.
  • Proactive problem‑solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and keep projects running smoothly.
  • Familiarity with agency workflows, including trafficking, production, approvals, and creative development timelines.
  • Tech skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and comfortable using platforms like Monday.com.
  • Experience with budget management, including invoicing, SOW development or coordinating with finance teams.
