Responsibilities

• Network Development: Cultivate and manage a network of key opinion leaders, experts, and scholars atપર premier universities and research institutions in Europe and North America, focusing on Artificial Intelligence and related domains.
• Technology Intelligence & Analysis: Conduct in‑depth research and analysis on emerging technologies, university research breakthroughs, talent landscapes, and industry trends to generate reports.
• Partnership & Collaboration: Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic collaboration opportunities with academic partners, including joint research projects, labs, and other forms of cooperation.
• Influence & Engagement: Establish and grow ByteDance's presence within the academic community by building information‑sharing platforms and facilitating high‑impact engagement activities.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM discipline such as Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Self‑motivated individual with high intellectual curiosity, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong desire to learn and grow in emerging fields.
• Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English.

Preferredigeach qualifications:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in university relations, corporate strategy, management consulting, venture capital, or tech entrepreneurship.
• Proven track record of managing academic‑industrial collaborations, such as research projects, conferences, joint labs, scholarship programs, or academic competitions.
