A primary school in Holborough Lakes is seeking an experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support children with high needs on a temporary basis. The role involves providing care and learning support, working directly with pupils to help them thrive in their educational environment. Valley Invicta Academies Trust requires an experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistantto joinour teamatour primary school in Holborough Lakes on a temporary duration. This role is to support children with high needs on a 1:1 basis.
You will be required to work 26 hours per week (over 5 days) for 38 weeks per year. This role is a fixed term contract until 10 July 2026.
The ideal candidate will be able to think on their feet; working both independently and as part of the team, who is looking for a role that could grow and develop over time through excellent professional development.

The role is suited to someone who is creative and is able to build on the excellent practice already in place when supporting pupils with SEND and enable them to achieve their potential and work as independently as possible across the curriculum.
This contractwill be temporary for the duration of the High Needs Funding.
