Larkrise Primary School is part of Quantum Multi-Academy Trust and is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable and capable learning support assistant who will have a positive impact on the children that they work with. Previous experience is desirable but not essential. You will be joining a team of hard working, friendly and adaptable LSAs working under the direction of the class teacher.

We are seeking to appoint an LSA to work with a pupil in Year 2 with ASD, Global Developmental Delay, sensory needs and social, emotional and mental health needs. Suitable candidates will be able to interact with a wide range of children and use their own interpersonal skills to encourage the most from the children they work with.

Suitable candidates will need to be able to work as part of a team and be able to liaise with other members of staff. The successful applicant will be organised with good communication skills, able to demonstrate initiative and flexibility, and understand the professional nature of the role.

Qualifications: good numeracy and literacy skills - (GCSE or equivalent in English and maths are highly desirable).
