About the Role:

Plenum Technologies is looking for a Project Coordinator & Operations Associate to support our

business operations and project execution. This role is ideal for someone with strong Microsoft

Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in

project coordination. The ideal candidate will assist in project tracking, vendor management,

client communications, and documentation, ensuring seamless project execution and business

operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking to ensure timely execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline project workflows and reporting
  • Monitor project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders

Operations & Communication:

  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring clear and effective

communication.

  • Manage vendor coordination, negotiations, and contract discussions
  • Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on key action items

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Create and maintain project documentation, reports, and process workflows
  • Develop presentations, reports, and business documents in MS Office
  • Ensure all project records and business documents are organized and up to date

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a must
  • Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and operational tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Prior experience or knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus
