We're expanding and looking for passionate Property Brokers and Tele-Agents (Telemarketers) to help us grow our reach, close deals, and deliver value to clients across South Africa.

TELE-AGENTS / TELEMARKETERS

We need confident, persuasive communicators to connect with property owners and book appointments on behalf of our agents.

What You’ll Do:

• Call prospective clients and set up meetings

• Generate quality leads for the sales team

• Follow scripts, track responses, and influence outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales

• Strong closing ability or proven conversion influence

• Clear, confident phone presence

PROPERTY BROKERS & AGENTS

We’re searching for driven brokers who understand the auction space and thrive on commission.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 3+ years of real estate experience

• Residential, commercial, industrial, or agricultural background

• Based in Cape Town or the surrounding Northern/Southern Suburbs
