- Implementation, maintenance and enhancement of loan covenant management policies, processes and procedures.
- Effectively implement disbursement processes to facilitate liquidity management and ensure that funds are disbursed to Eskom in line with the Funding Plan.
- Manage and control daily activities including payments and administration.
- Manage supervision missions and liaison with Lenders and other Stakeholders.
