We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Area Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee multiple locations, ensuring excellence in operations and guest satisfaction.

Position: Area Manager

Job Description: We are looking for an inspiring and results-driven Area Manager with at least five years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality. The ideal candidate will ensure operational consistency across locations, lead teams to achieve excellence, and drive guest satisfaction while meeting business objectives. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operational performance of multiple restaurants under the brand.
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience across all locations.
  • Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor on-site managers and teams to ensure peak performance.
  • Analyse and manage budgets, inventory, and financial performance across locations.
  • Address guest inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration between locations to maintain consistency.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Guest Satisfaction: Maintain high satisfaction scores across all locations through consistent quality.
  • Operational Consistency: Ensure brand standards are upheld across locations.
  • Financial Performance: Achieve budgetary goals and monitor cost efficiency.
  • Team Development: Drive effective training and staff development programs.
  • Innovation: Introduce creative solutions to enhance operational processes and guest experiences.
  • Collaboration: Foster seamless communication and teamwork between locations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within luxury hospitality.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple locations or operations simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
