  • Create and execute a content strategy and roadmap that drives acquisition (high-demand content) and retention (consistent, value-focused coverage)
  • Ensure content and curriculum resources are rigorously aligned with key national and state standards, including Common Core, NGSS, and others and oversee content mapping and curriculum review cycles
  • Establish and execute a research agenda that validates content efficacy against evidence-based instructional practices, including alignment to ESSA evidence tiers

  • Design the content strategy to explicitly support educator Professional Development (PD) and instructional coaching, ensuring resources are embedded for successful in-classroom implementation
  • Where appropriate, investigate opportunities to tie supplemental content lines to core curriculum schemes
  • Drive financial performance by making strategic content decisions that balance educational impact with business outcomes
  • Content Performance & Insights: Establish the editorial standards that will drive relevance, trust, and authority
  • Audit and analyze content to identify gaps, measure effectiveness, and improve engagement
