Job summary
A leading luxury vehicle dealership in Chelmsford is seeking a Weekend Customer Advisor to enhance customer experiences in their showroom. The ideal candidate will conduct demo drives, greet customers, and support the sales team. Key qualifications include a clean UK driving licence, strong communication skills, and a drive for service excellence. This role offers a 15-hour contract over weekends, allowing you to engage with premium vehicles and provide top-tier service to customers.
Qualifications
- Clean Full UK Driving licence required.
- Great communication skills to develop customer relationships.
- High levels of focus, energy, and drive.
Responsibilities
- Conduct demo drives to ensure positive customer experience.
- Organise vehicles for optimal presentation and accessibility.
- Greet customers as they arrive and assist with enquiries.
- Prepare vehicles for demos and test drives.
- Provide information about vehicle features.
- Ensure all customer interactions are professional.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
