We're now seeking an experienced Precast Engineering Technical Leader – someone ready to drive technical excellence, mentor talented engineers, and lead the next generation of precast product innovation.
🧠 Lead our Precast Technical Solutions and Structural Engineering teams.
🔍 Oversee product integrity and governance – from design control through to temporary works.
🔗 Provide technical leadership across PCSA, work winning and delivery stages.
🛠 Champion Engineered Safety – ensuring design is smart, safe and buildable.
🌱 Drive decarbonisation and waste-reduction initiatives across the product lifecycle.
📈 Optimise design flow to enhance manufacturing and assembly efficiency.
✔ Circa 10+ years' experience in technical or operational roles within precast or wider concrete engineering.
✔ Strong leadership skills and confidence working in both factory and site-based environments.
✔ A collaborative mindset and the ability to engage and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
✔ A passion for innovation, quality, and sustainability in design and manufacturing.
