A leading real estate services provider in Bristol is seeking a Project Manager to handle design and project schedules. Responsibilities include establishing budgets based on client requirements, managing design progress, and ensuring compliance with guidelines through reviews. Candidates should possess a B. Arch or B.E Civil degree, ideally with NICMAR and a PG in Advanced Construction Management, and be knowledgeable in Auto CAD, MS Project, and Primavera. Immediate availability is preferred.
