Reporting to: Head Of Work Experience, Business Engagement & Partnerships

Salary: £25,276 - £30,390 per annum

Annual Leave: 30 days per annum plus bank holidays

Contractual hours: 37 hours per week

Basis: Full time, Permanent

We are seeking an Employer Project Coordinator to lead the development and delivery of employer‑led small team projects across all T Level routes. In this role, you will work closely with employers, curriculum teams, and work placement leaders to create high‑quality, industry‑focused project experiences for students. You will manage the planning and coordination process, ensuring projects run smoothly and provide meaningful opportunities for learners to develop real‑world skills. If you are passionate about building strong employer partnerships and supporting students to succeed in their future careers, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Scale and manage the delivery of employer‑led small team projects across multiple T Level routes.
