You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values precision, innovation, and safety - working on exciting new development projects and contributing to a culture of excellence. This is a **shift based position consisting of 4 on/4 off days 8am-7pm.****Key Responsibilities:*** Perform and review microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and final products.* Lead investigations into OOS/OOT results and support CAPA implementation* Conduct environmental and utility monitoring in cleanroom and controlled environments* Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and ensure inspection-readiness* Provide training in microbiological techniques and support team development* Drive process improvements and support validation and project work**Knowledge, skills & experience:*** Experience in a similar role in a GMP-regulated microbiology lab (pharma or biopharma)* Proficiency in environmental monitoring, bioburden testing, and microbial identification* Degree in a relevant life sciences subject (Microbiology preferred)* Ability to work according to shift pattern (4 on/4 off days 8am-7pm)If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced lab environment, we’d love to hear from you.
