Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression is a leading provider of kitchen fire suppression systems. We specialise in the design, installation and maintenance of systems for hotels, restaurants, schools, hospitals and fast‑food outlets.

About the Role

As a Kitchensafe Engineer you will install, maintain and service Kitchensafe systems for our clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and service Kitchensafe systems to the highest standards
  • Carry out fault‑finding, diagnostics and remedial work on Kitchensafe systems
  • Participate in a 1‑in‑4 call‑out rota, ensuring prompt and reliable service
  • Liaise professionally with on‑site concierge teams and management during works to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction
  • Accurately record all work completed using the PDA system
  • Be comfortable with long‑distance travel across the UK, with flexibility to stay away from home where required
Requirements
  • Background knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems is advantageous but not essential
  • Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail when carrying out installations and servicing
  • Brings passion, energy, drive and enthusiasm to the role
  • Possesses a structured and methodical approach to work
  • Strong ability to multi‑task and manage workloads effectively to meet strict deadlines
