A council in the United Kingdom is seeking a qualified Social Worker (Level 2) to join the Cumberland Children and Family Wellbeing team. Children are at the heart of everything we do in Cumberland Children and Family Wellbeing, and we need skilled and experienced Social Workers to ensure that they get the support, protection and empowerment that they deserve. As a Social Worker within our Support and Protect Service you will be responsible for completing assessments, leading child in need & child protection planning and completing court work; this is a role that makes a real difference to children and families across Cumberland. We are seeking Social Workers that are committed to building effective and collaborative relationships with our children and families, that are able to complete creative direct work to capture the voice and lived experience of children and who are able to drive plans forward by empowering our families and coordinating multiagency support.
