Job summary
A local moving company in Kettering is seeking a Warehouse Operative to assist with organizing the warehouse and carrying out household removals. The position requires physical fitness for heavy lifting and offers opportunities for on-the-job training and progression. Candidates who have good communication skills, driving abilities, and forklift experience are preferred. Competitive pay and bonuses are offered.

Skills
Full Time
Monday to Friday (Overtime occasionally available)
We’re looking to hire a Warehouse Operative in the Northamptonshire area to help organise the warehouse whilst also carrying out household removals both local and national.
- The applicant must be physically fit as the position requires heavy lifting.
- May be asked to work out of one of two depots in Kettering.
- Full uniform and PPE supplied.
- Experience is preferred but not essential as you will receive on the job training.
- Opportunities to progress in a variety of areas within the company.
- An honest and responsible attitude to other people’s property and furniture.
- A friendly manner and good communication skills
- The ability to work well within a team.
- A good level of fitness
- Good timekeeping
- Excellent driving skills
- Must have forklift experience.
- Must have a driving licence with no endorsements.
