We are looking for a friendly, motivated and adaptable Assistant Site Manager to join our Education team atReds10, working on a project in Sutton, South London.
Reds10 is anoff-site construction specialist, providing clients with a full turnkey service. Our passion to deliver great experiences for our clients and customers and to change and drive our industry forward is what brings us together.
- To ensure the highest Health and Safety standards on site and to ensure quality control checks arecarried out.
- To assist with the day-to-day running on site of a Reds10 construction project to keep within the timescale and budget of a project, and resolve any delays or problems encountered on-site during the project.
- Assist with managing the construction programme and ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations
- Assist with sample and control panels and quality control procedures and ensure they are followed at all times
- Identify potential issues before they arise and flag to the Site Manager · Keep your direct team motivated and focussed
- Use BIM models for information, discussing the model with the team to inform consequent execution of work.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skill
- Great attention to detail, numerically literate and able to multi-task
