A leading courier service provider seeks an HR Project Manager for a hybrid role in the United Kingdom. This position involves driving strategic HR initiatives and implementing technology solutions to enhance organizational efficiency. You will lead various HR projects, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure the smooth execution of processes across the HR function. CitySprint has an exciting opportunity for a HR Project Manager.
You will playa pivotal role in delivering strategic People initiatives and change programmes that support the success of the PeopleStrategy.You will work collaboratively across all areas of the HRfunction including Talent, Reward, Engagement and HROperations to ensure projects are scoped, planned, and executed effectively. This includes managing timelines, resources, and risks to deliver sustainable outcomes that improve processes, enhance colleague experience, and strengthen organisational capability.
A key focus of this role will be leading HR system implementation and optimisations, ensuring technology solutions are embedded successfully to enable efficient, compliant, and future-ready People operations.
