You’ll work as a key member of a multidisciplinary team, helping us provide seamless, high‑quality care across a modern and expanding service.**How you’ll help us make health happen*** Deliver high‑quality, compassionate and evidence‑based nursing care across secondary care services.* Assess, plan, implement and evaluate safe and effective care for allocated patients.* Communicate clearly and confidently with patients, families and colleagues, acting as a patient advocate where needed.* Maintain professional awareness, accountability and compliance with NMC requirements, including revalidation.* Recognise and escalate safeguarding concerns, mental capacity needs and clinical risk indicators appropriately.* Work collaboratively with consultants and support services to ensure individual patient needs are met.* Support junior colleagues and students through mentoring, guidance and role‑modelling.* Participate in clinical audits, stock management and other processes that support safe and efficient service delivery.* Maintain a strong focus on infection prevention, safety and adherence to clinical and non‑clinical governance.* Deputise for the Clinical Team Leader when required, contributing to smooth operational flow.**Key Skills / Qualifications*** NMC Registered Nurse (first‑level registration).* Evidence of continuous professional development.* Experience in patient assessment and delivering safe patient care.* Venepuncture and wound‑care competency.* Strong communication, organisational and clinical decision‑making skills.* Experience in Outpatients or Day Case settings.* Mentorship training or willingness to undertake it.**Benefits**Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
