Job summary
A healthcare organization in Derbyshire is seeking experienced Band 6 or early Band 7 Physiotherapists to join their First Contact Physiotherapists team, delivering primary care MSK services. Candidates will be responsible for assessment and management of patients with MSK conditions. Education
We are looking for experienced, ambitious and independent minded Band 6 or early Band 7 Physiotherapists to join our team of First Contact Physiotherapists (FCPs) delivering Primary Care MSK services in the Derby area.
Working in a local GP setting, as an FCP you will be the first point of clinical contact for patients presenting with MSK conditions or symptoms.
You will be responsible for a diverse caseload, provide primary assessment, diagnosis and management options, and support patients to gain a better understanding of their problems and treatment pathway.
- Advanced clinical practice skills
- The ability to self-manage
- Good communication, organisational and time management skills
- Good IT skills
- HCPC and CSP registration
- Post-graduate/Masters level qualifications – desirable but not essential
