A leading food manufacturer is seeking a passionate Development Chef to innovate and develop market-ready products. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in kitchens or product development, a strong understanding of consumer trends, and excellent communication skills. This full-time role is based in Peterhead, Scotland, with a focus on creativity and teamwork to meet consumer demands.

The Development Chef will work as part of a team who are focused on creating and developing new market ready products for current and new customers. To achieve this the post holder must have a sound knowledge of the Company’s current products, be forward thinking and stay head of consumer taste trends and be able to match recipes to factory processes. The post holder must be a passionate foodie who enjoys cooking on the creative edge.
