Job summary
A well-established manufacturing company in Heysham seeks an experienced CNC Miller to join their team. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of hands-on CNC milling experience, including setting, operating, and editing programs. This role offers a competitive hourly wage between £17.50 and £20.00, along with excellent career progression opportunities. Hours include flexible shifts ensuring work-life balance.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a CNC Miller.
- Experience in setting and operating CNC machines.
- Ability to edit programs online and offline.
- Time served CNC Machinist required.
Responsibilities
- Manufacture components as per client drawings and quality requirements.
- Work to tight tolerances and high precision engineering methods.

We are working with a key client who have a track record stretching back over 40 years, they offer customers a very broad, but complimentary range of contract and sub-contract manufacturing capabilities. They are currently recruiting for their site near Lancaster for an experienced CNC Miller.
The CNC Miller will need the following:
- Must have hands on working experience as a CNC Miller around 3+ years
- Experience of setting and operating is required – around 3+ years
- Ability to edit programs online and offline
- Experience of Mazak, Heidenhain or Fanuc will be considered
- Ability to manufacture components as per Clients Drawings and Quality requirements
- Good experience of working with a variety of metals
- Excellent experience of working to tight tolerances and high precision engineering methods
- Time Served CNC Machinist required

- Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 4pm and Friday 7:30am – 12:30pm
