This is your chance to be part of a team that values transparency, adaptability, and continuous learning.**The day to day:**As a System Configuration Analyst at Brown & Brown (Europe), you’ll play a key role in configuring, maintaining, and enhancing our insurance platforms and associated online experiences. Working within agile, cross-functional squads, you’ll collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to deliver high-quality system updates and improvements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex configuration challenges, supporting business change, and driving continuous improvement across our technology landscape* Configure and administer insurance platforms and web experiences, translating user requirements into practical solutions.* Maintain configuration standards, document changes, and communicate impacts to users.* Collaborate with QA Engineers and analysts to define test scenarios, support testing, and assist post-implementation.* Participate in agile ceremonies to align configuration tasks with delivery goals.* Support data integrity and optimize system performance through proactive configuration management.* Assist in rollout and release planning, ensuring configuration readiness and version control.* Provide training and guidance to users on system functionality and configuration impacts.* Evaluate new platform capabilities and contribute to roadmap discussions with vendors.**About you:**We’re looking for candidates who bring a strong analytical and technical mindset, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
