Make a difference at Lift Maltings as a Teaching Assistant! We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work in partnership with teachers to improve the learning and attainment of our students, promoting their independence and social inclusion.
At Lift Schools, we are committed to supporting professional growth and development. All new Teaching Assistants working 20 hours or more per week on a permanent contract will be automatically enrolled on a Level 3 Teaching Assistant apprenticeship if they do not already hold this qualification. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain essential skills and knowledge through the 'Initial Teaching Assistant Training', ensuring you are fully equipped to succeed in your role and make a real difference in the lives of our pupils.
Lift Maltings is an 11-16 school based in Witham, Essex. Situated between the cities of Chelmsford and Colchester, the school has 900 students on roll and benefits from a modern, purpose‑built site opened in 2011. With excellent transport links to London, our staff and students can take full advantage of the wealth of opportunities the capital provides. Free car parking facilities are available on site.
